My appointment was at 10:20 but I wasn't seen until 11:05. It is always a long wait. I don't know if you overbook on purpose, or you are short staffed or what but I don't really like waiting so long. I was actually in there nearly two hours. Dr Snyder also touched me on the knee twice and I do not think that is appropriate. I am considering switching my eye care to another provider. I know it probably won't make much difference to you as you are very busy. I have no complaints with regard to the eye surgeries I have had there. Thank you for considering this review.
Doctor Aiello is fantastic. Very concerned about you and your eye health. Negative is waiting 1hr and 45minties to get in for my 15 minute appointment!! Very discussing. Six of us waiting in the cubicle and many in the outer room all throughly discussed with our wait times. Something Must Be Done about that. Not the first time either!!!’
I visited Dr. Song in Yuma and had a very positive experience. He was friendly, professional, not rushed and did an excellent job of giving me treatment.
Dr Snyder was nice enough but he seemed absolutely clueless to the cause of my blurriness and vision changes. He acted like a deer in the headlights when I asked him questions that an ophthalmologist should be able to answer. He also seemed like he was tired and just wanted to get through the appointment . Seems his MO is "well let's try some eye drops and do a follow-up consultation." This is the same thing he told me the first time I went to see him with issues I was referred to him by the optometrist. I guess I'm a slow learner but I'm certainly not going back again!
The Dr. is very much a people person. He is very friendly. He makes you feel very comfortable. I get very stressed at Dr. appointments but not with this Dr. He is very informative and explains everything about what is going on. I tell everyone about him.
