Very cordial yet professional. Very punctual with very little wait time. Everything is explained clearly & thoroughly and questions are encouraged & answered to satisfaction. I went for cataract surgery. Totally painless and swift. Only one eye at this time but super successful and looking forward to having the next eye done. The results are amazing! I will have baby eyes after wearing & destroying glasses for 63 years. Thank you Dr Boyer, and all the staff at Barnett Dulaney.
Dr. Hunter and his staff are warm and welcoming every time we go in for an appointment. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my daughter's continuous issues with her glasses while she was adjusting to them until we found out what worked for her and what didn't. Dr Hunter is caring, compassionate, and extremely thorough with his exams and with his patients. His staff has always been kind, polite, informative, and they have always gone above and beyond the help in any way they can. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their eyes checked or glasses or anything in regards to vision. The pictures attached, are of my children during their annual checkup at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center yesterday. Both of them were obviously happy and very comfortable while we were there. Mind you, this was even after the eye drops were administered, (my daughter HATES eye drops, they freak her out).
Dr. Boyer is fantastic. All of the surgical staff is amazing. They made me feel comfortable and were always willing to help me. Sam, Diane and Aaron were great. They explained everything and really made my grandson comfortable because of his fears of the surgery. Follow up was done by Elvira and Nicole and they were so very helpful. I’m so very pleased I decided to go with the surgery at Southwestern Eye Center. Thanks to everyone there.
Very friendly, and stresses to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The Doctor is very kind and understanding especially to people of advanced age. Surgery went extremely well. Care was excellent. Doctors and nurses went out of their way to assure your well being.
The total visit was outstanding! The receptionist was friendly and informative. The first tech, Bailey was totally amazing in her overall performance with questions and testing procedures...extremely friendly as was the doctor who did the final testing. I only visit this establishment once a year but every visit is a memorable visit.
