Baptist clinic it’s a wonderful place. It’s clean that atmosphere is very warm and the humble people on the desk they welcome you to help you the direct you and Dr Andrew Zwick Professional doctor, kind, patience, and funny, very gentle hand, and the staff and their assistant wonderful they are very caring until the end they walk you through they make you comfortable. I will trust fully. I just got my colonoscopy. Very very happy with thank you.
This is the first time my mother and I visited this center. I take care of my aging parents' medical appointments to help alleviate the pressure on my dad. For all the adult children who is in the same situation, you know how stressful and anxiety-producing attending doctor's appointments can be. This center was amazing in reducing the stress and anxiety, I was experiencing. The front desk staff at check in were professional, friendly, and had a positive energy. The nurses (Cathleen, Carole, and Andrea) were all amazing. They were very kind, gentle, positive, and understanding of my mother's care and needs. They cared for my mother as if she was their mother. They have no idea how this truly touched my heart. Dr. Burke, anesthesiologist, was also very understanding, caring, and compassionate. She explained everything and took time to really understand my mother's needs. I would recommend this center to my family and friends. They exemplify how patient care should be done. Amazing!
From check in to check out everyone was nice (service with a smile) Cathleen my almost bday buddy very efficient and explained everything with care. Shannon followed up with further explanation on the way/in the surgery room. Drs Doukides (endoscopy) and Moseson (colonoscopy) were welcoming as usual. Both explaining their process and who was going first. After recovery both Drs explained what occurred and follow up info. Which again was reiterated by the discharge nurse, which I don’t recall her name. She brought me warm blankets when she noticed I was left in the discharge area (chair) without any. Top notch staff throughout. Thank you everyone for service. Blessings on blessings.
