Dr. Rataiczak has been phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Pleasant and helpful front office and medical staff as well!

I wish Dr Cardoni was a doctor in all fields I would so bring my entire family to see him.. his bedside matter is absolutely impeccable.. he is EXACTLY how all doctors should be 100%. Best experience i have ever had in my entire life from the initial appointment to the procedure, scheduled my daughter to have appt to possibly have tonsils taken out. One of the solidly best medical encounters I've had, beginning with the front desk and then to triage, where the positive experience continued with the time spent with the physician. A special thanks to Brittany who conducted triage with kindness, friendliness and a great sense of humor. She set the tone to make me feel safe and comfortable before the exam. An additional and tremendous thanks to Dr. Coppit for his presence and competence. From the moment he entered the exam room, he created a space where I was seen as a human being, starting a firm handshake and he then proceeded to listen to me with professionalism and compassion, treating not only the matter at hand, but by simply paying attention and listening, he identified other medical conditions where he was able to assist via referral. I felt that I was in very good hands with the entire office and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a quality ENT provider.

My child was referred here by his pcp for ear wax blocking ear drum. It was our first visit and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness , professionalism and overall atmosphere. Dr.Othieno is very attentive, patient and the kids will be drawn to her because they know they can trust her. Her personality really resonates with the children. She was able to clean my son’s ears out with no issues, and even educated me on how I could safely clean his ears at home to prevent wax buildup. My sons tonsil surgery went well, the doctor was able to take a call about a concerning matter within the next few days after surgery... Fast forward to a month later he is needing to be seen for a post operation appointment and unfortunately I couldn’t make the day due to my baby having RSV and we have been in and out of the hospital.: anyway they did nothing to try to get him in and pushed “the closest appointment” to January 8th.. at this point I will just look for another ENT that can get him in for 5 minutes go look at his throat and make sure it healed correctly because that’s literally all it would take. Very dissatisfied with this after care.
