This place was a disgrace. I was turned away because I had my child with me, despite being a single mother with no childcare. The staff member with the long lashes was disrespectful. I’m done dealing with establishments that treat people this way. One of the reasons why it’s hard to deal with african-Americans establishments. And these are the doctor we choose because we feel like they would treat us better and all actuality they don’t.

A new patient trying to reach this office.Ive tried for 3 days now. Position one in que, no one answers the phone. Don’t waste your time trying to get through to anyone. Called left message, no return call. Tried to call again today, put on hold once again and after waiting 5 minutes thinking I was next in line, I hung up. My first appointment arrived 30 minutes as was told to do, took over one hour to see a doctor.

I was going to this office for 10 years and today was one of the worse office visits. I was called back to one of the rooms in the back as I sat and waiting to see doctor Justyna Mira she came in the room and hand me a paper stating that she had to discharge me because of my urine came back as non human that was taking on 5/13/25 and I’m being told a month later. At this office the techs get the results from the urine the same day so why wasn’t I told then.At the end of my visit on 5/13/25 my prescriptions was sent over to the pharmacy and I was giving another appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 6/17/25 then switched to 6/26/25 which is today. Dr Justyna Mira and I really had a good patient and dr relationship but today she was really rude and unprofessional. She know that over the 10 years I been coming to this office that I never ever had a problem with my urine, I would never do anything like this. One of those techs in the back office tamper with my urine. Dr Justyna didn’t even give me a chance she basically was putting me out the office that it was nothing else she can do.I even called the office back today to see if I can speak with a supervisor they took my name and number down and told me someone will call me back .That didn’t happen at all. So whoever needs pain management don’t come to this office u will be treated unfairly. I never wrote a bad review on anything before but the day was the day.

Excellent service from the time you walk in to seeing the physician assistant. You can feel the professionalism at my location.

This place do not recommend , they have clearly gone down hill. They can no longer keep anyone who is coherent enough and knowledgeable in answering basic questions. Front desk is too busy on the phone to notice you , Once you get to the back by the techs/nurse be ready to be judged and get answers that they don't know or unsure . The doctor is great he knows what he is doing was able to diagnose me and give me a proper treatment plan to avoid surgery and was able to have some injections to help my sciatica pain but his staff is horrible now they don't know anything and are too busy gossiping about others . The only smile and help was Rhonda who has been there for years and Katie who is a great listener , his former PA is no longer there and that was a blow as she knew immediately my needs and care, these new people are so uninterested in the health care , why bother being there to help those in pain if you do not like what you do. Work some where else where you go for a paycheck . the new nurse she is ok but seems to not know what is going on or what procedure is needed next or anything for my transition of care . Only reason to come back is for Dr. Coleman who can fix your back and not have you get surgery he is a life saver 35 years in pain he fixed with needles and didn't shove me off like some other docs with pills and no solution. otherwise find care elsewhere
