I highly recommend Dr. Skye Puls. She is extremely knowledgeable about ocular disease and understands how systemic conditions, including autoimmune disorders, can affect eye health. That gives me great confidence that I’m receiving excellent care. Dr. Puls truly listens to my concerns, explains everything thoroughly, and takes a proactive approach to protecting my vision. She recommended increasing my exams to twice a year because of one of the medications I take, which I really appreciated. The staff at the Prescott location is terrific as well. The wait time is minimal, and the office runs very efficiently from check-in through each stage of the appointment.

This week, I experienced my first of two (2) cataract eye surgeries conducted by Dr Scott Markham at M & M Eye Institute. As a Senior, I have experienced a myriad of medical procedures. But from the initial examination through the actual surgery, I have never had such a professional, organized, efficient and positive attitudinal experience as I did at M & M. The surgery appointment went very smooth and painless, much to my surprise. The surgical Team had a "patient in" positive attitude, one that sometimes is hard to find these days. The anesthetist was very comforting and explained the process in understandable detail and expected results. Dr. Markham was assuredly comforting in both his initial examination of what to expect during surgery both times we met. Upon completion of the procedure, I was carefully escorted to the waiting room after my "driver" was notified of availability for pick up. The rest of the week, following the detailed post-surgical instructions, I am functioning great and with greatly improved vision in the right eye. I look forward to having the next eye procedure with great anticipation. Thanks to the M & M Team for their great work and patient attention.

All of the providers at M&M Sandretto are friendly and efficient. Dr. Skye is so thorough and efficient, I look forward to my visits with her. But I would like to highlight the service I received from Emmy Cooper last week. I purchased glasses after my visit with Skye and Emmy helped me. What a help she was! She talked with me about the various and many glasses I tried on; helping me when I asked for help but not trying to sway me or steer me towards any one product. She took her time with me because I was slow in deciding. She never made me feel rushed. She was so thorough in explaining the process and answering my questions. While I was waiting, I saw her assisting another patient and she was patient and thorough and answered that patient’s many questions. I thought to myself, I certainly hope I have her help me and I was in luck! Emmy is an asset to M&M and I wanted to be sure to share this experience with you.

Couldn't have had a more perfect eye visit. No wait in waiting room and pre tests were done efficiently and immediately taken to a room. It was about a 20 minute wait for the doctor but know he was tending to another patient efficiently as he attended to me.

Everyone here at the M&M Eye Institute was fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I do have one constructive criticism. Even though they somewhat explained to me what to expect after the surgery and it even mentioned some things in the paperwork that I received I was not ready for the amount of cloudiness In my eye. maybe a little more detail of what to expect would have saved me a little bit of anxiety.
