I arrived at 7:45 am and everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The front desk person was nice and patient. Everyone that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. The doctor explained what was going to happen and everything went according to plan. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
The staff was so kind and caring and helpful. The nurse who does the IV was fantastic. Only stick me once and hit a perfect vein. Felt a little poke. The staff tried so hard to make me comfortable and when I was discharged they did a wonderful job in getting my transportation in their timely manner. They didn't mind me sitting and waiting for my ride, they even offered me some more water. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I hate getting IVs cuz most nurse can't find a vein. Very good experience for me here today. Doctors, nurses, the whole team worked quickly and carefully. Everything was explained to me as we went along. They were on schedule, and everyone did their jobs very well as far as I could tell. The center appeared to be very clean and spacious and well run.
What a friendly group of staff! Every single person I interacted with was so nice. They made sure I was comfortable, even giving me an extra warm blanket. Aftercare was just as good. Very professional and thorough. They made getting a colonoscopy as pleasant as possible. 😁
