Allen Health and Rehabilitation

The conditions in this facility are unacceptable. The building has a strong odor, appears extremely outdated, and has not been renovated in decades. I understand that many residents are sick and elderly, but that should never mean they are expected to live in filth. My father is in hospice and his room is small, cluttered, and dirty. This is supposed to be a place of comfort in his final days, and the environment is not dignified. I do want to note that most of the nurses and CNAs have been kind and helpful. However, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility needs immediate attention. 

My loved one was hospitalized forb 9 days and no one notified me. I was thinking she was safe at the facility. When confronted, I was told they thought the hospital notified me. Later, the story changed to a staff member called me three … More 

The staff is Amazing. They provided peace, comfort & excellent care for my Mom. I only have great things to say. I absolutely made the right decision when choosing this facility for my loved one. 

The staff has been very accommodating and helpful. Regina and the receptionist at the front desk are the sweetest, very friendly and welcoming. The facility looks and smells clean. I do feel that my grandmother is well cared for. 
