i had a total hip replacement on the 28 everyone was nice and caring. my nurse nicole was fantastic and my doctor bigby did a wonderful job. thank you to everyone there for a fantastic experience.

Had knee replacement surgery in September 2025. Had some insurance issues that had me dealing with the facility a couple of weeks prior to my surgical date. Even with those issues, my dealings were pleasant all the way thru surgery and the following days where they followed up with me and when I called with concerns of my own. Five stars hands down!

My knee replacement was on 01/02/24. My surgeon, Dr. Bigby, was excellent. My Nurse, Nicole, was terrific! She was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. She made the entire process easier for me. The Physical Therapist, Jen, was also great! I highly recommend this facility.

I had toe surgery done on 12/18/25 and I had good experience in this place . Everyone was very helpful and kind !!

I had a procedure scheduled at this location on Monday, July 22, 2024. I arrived at 10:50 because I was informed to arrive one hour prior to my procedure which was to take place at 12:00pm. After greeting the front desk staff I was immediately confronted by April, one of the front desk staff. Speaking at me, she told me that I was early for my appointment. Her tone was aggressive, confrontational and unprofessional. When I replied that this was the information I received her response was "Who told you this?" Sensing the uneasiness of the situation, the other staff Kim intervened, handing me some paperwork to fill out. There was no one else in the lobby. I left the lobby feeling unwelcome and returned 40 minutes later. I asked the rude staff for her name and her manager's name. After giving me the information she began a loud conversation with another staff, speaking about me. - My doctor, Dr. Merritt and the nursing staff were fantastic. However, when the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional it can ruin the entire experience and set a bad tone for the office. April is a toxic employee and will be detrimental to the culture of this agency.
