I had an excellent experience with Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio. Their communication was outstanding — I received helpful emails and opted in for text messages that linked directly to the portal for updates. I also appreciated the regular reminders about my appointment and when to start my prep. All of my paperwork was completed in advance, including a clear estimate of the procedure cost. On the day of my visit, my appointment started on time and the entire process was efficient. Highly recommended the group as well as Dr. Bullock and his team.

Dr. Jackson, his team and the staff were great! Very professional, compassionate and efficient. Each team member introduced themselves and informed me of their role before, during and after the procedure. The facility was clean and organized. I even enjoyed the rock music in the OR which relaxed me until the anesthesia kicked in. I really appreciate the care provided which I thought was 110% positive.

I first visited Dr Patel for heartburn and a colonoscopy. All staff were professional and courteous and ready to answer all questions. Although the results of the colonoscopy were not what I hoped, Dr. Patel explained the next steps to include biopsy to confirm his findings as well, as personal phone call to discuss future treatment and quick referrals to a Surgeon and Oncologist for my continued care. I highly recommend Dr Patel for any GI related care.

The entire experience was so easy. I must say, I certainly appreciated the gentle reminders leading up to the procedure. The information provided by the staff aided in my preparation of clear liquids for a stress free pre-procedure prep. From start to finish, the entire staff was wonderful. The nurses were sweet, helpful, and informative. The anesthesiologist was mild mannered and reassuring, and Dr Patel has a gentle, professional bedside manner. Two thumbs up.

This is a great alternative location for a quick procedure in Boerne for people living in north San Antonio. Dr. Bullock was kind and explained everything in advance. The anesthesiologist was also super nice and explained thoroughly. It was truly a simple experience throughout and procedure itself a non-event since unconscious.Caring nurses too. Highly recommend when the time comes for these important checks
