Dr. Amster is extrmely competent, kind and empathetic. When I arrived for my first visit, Dr. Amster had already completely reviewed my available records as well as the pre visit information I had submitted regarding my past history and my current symptoms and concerns. She asked relavent questions and provided ample opportunity for me to do the same. Dr. Amster evidenced a sincere interest in resolving my issues. I have great confidence in her ability and am highly impressed by her compassion and her interest in me as a patient and person.

My mother had a procedure scheduled at this place this morning with Dr Brooks and they cancelled. She waited months for this appointment to have a procedure done to finally relive my mother of pain. Her appointment was for 8am but at 6am my mom received a call asking if she could come in earlier today due a to a cancellation. Unfortunately my mom couldn’t go earlier but she had her appointment locked in for months so it shouldn’t have been a problem. A few minutes after a call my mother received a text that her appointment due to a family emergency of Dr brooks. That’s is very unprofessional and clearly a lie since they already had another story when they called her earlier. Dr Brooks is an unethical doctor and plays around with patients appointments when they are in severe pain. Please be aware !!

Dr. Bergmann is a kind and caring person. His bedside manner is really comforting. No matter what your issues are; you know you’re in good hands with him.

I accompanied my husband to this visit. This practice is very prifessional. Their office is going through some construction but they have tried to make sure it doesn’t inconvience anyone. The staff is efficient and kind. The doctors and PAs that we have met give excellent care.

Dr. Melanie Amster is an exceptional physician. She is bright and It’s very apparent that she has a plethora of experience. I greatly appreciate that Dr. Amster’s clinical decision making is guided by evidence. Dr. Amster’s compassion and caring are unparalleled. As a patient, I always felt Dr. Amster’s support, encouragement, and Interest in me as a patient and as a person. Her communication skills are excellent and I have always appreciated her clear and informative explanations.
